Socialplace Terms & Conditions

Updated Date: Jul 30, 2025, 12:00 AM

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of any services, community features, educational programmes, or digital products available through Socialplace — a digital platform and brand operated by SSOR Social.

By registering, subscribing, or accessing any content provided by Socialplace, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

To access Socialplace, you must be 18 years or older. By joining, you confirm that all registration details are accurate, that you meet the eligibility criteria, and that you are entering this agreement voluntarily.

2. Digital Nature of Services

Socialplace offers fully digital, access-based products and services. No physical products are shipped or exchanged. All subscriptions, coaching programmes, or content-based services are non-tangible and delivered online.

Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not provide any refunds or trial periods. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.

3. Membership Access

You are granted access to the community, content, and any associated tools for the duration of your subscription. You agree not to:

  • Share your account, login, or purchased content with anyone else

  • Post or distribute our content externally or on social platforms

  • Attempt to replicate, resell, or duplicate any training, lessons, or resources

  • Bypass payment by using unauthorised access, chargebacks, or alternate accounts

Violation of this clause will result in immediate removal and may trigger legal action to recover damages.

4. Community Behaviour

You agree to respect other members and use the platform responsibly. Socialplace maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or discrimination

  • Spamming, phishing, or solicitation

  • Sharing misleading financial advice or personal claims

  • Disrupting the learning environment or defaming other members

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user at our discretion, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, branding, tools, and learning materials inside Socialplace are the intellectual property of SSOR Social. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only.

Any attempt to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell our material

  • Host our material elsewhere

  • Use our material to train others outside of Socialplace

will be considered a direct violation and enforced under UK intellectual property law.

6. Member Submissions & Consent

Any content you submit within the community — including messages, screenshots, testimonials, or uploads — may be reused or repurposed by SSOR Social and Socialplace for marketing, editorial, or promotional purposes. By posting or sending content inside the platform, you grant us full, irrevocable permission to do so.

This includes:

  • Feedback or success stories you post voluntarily

  • DMs or messages shared with admins or moderators

  • Screenshots or written comments relating to the Socialplace experience

  • Appearances in live calls if you choose to activate your webcam

We are not responsible for how other members interact with or use the information you share voluntarily.

7. Payment & Billing Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party provider. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies. We do not handle or store full card details.

You are responsible for maintaining your own billing information via the account portal.

For financed programmes or payment plans, you are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments — regardless of early cancellation or platform access status. Access may be revoked, but financial obligations remain.

8. Limitation of Liability

SSOR Social is not liable for:

  • Any financial decisions made based on member conversations

  • User-to-user interactions or private disputes

  • Loss of access due to account misuse or non-payment

  • Results or outcomes from applying any advice, tools, or strategies within the platform

You use Socialplace at your own discretion.

9. Legal Enforcement

Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or permanent ban

  • Collection of outstanding payments

  • Legal action under UK law

  • Public reporting of fraud or chargeback activity

10. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

SSOR Social and Socialplace make no guarantees regarding the success, income, or results you may achieve from using our services, content, or community. Individual outcomes will vary based on numerous factors including your effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances. We do not offer any promise of financial return, business performance, or specific results.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled through appropriate UK legal channels. Use of the Socialplace platform is also subject to our Terms of Service, which govern platform access, licensing, and technology provider relationships.

12. Risk, Advice, and Marketing Use

You understand that all information shared within Socialplace is for general education and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our platform or using our materials. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, and agree that SSOR Social holds no liability for consequences arising from use of our content.

By using the platform, you consent to your submissions — including written messages, screenshots, call appearances, or community interactions — being repurposed for promotional or marketing use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
