Socialplace Refund and Cancellation Policy

Updated Date: Jul 30, 2025, 12:00 AM

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all products, services, subscriptions, and memberships purchased from Socialplace, a product of SSOR Social. By purchasing access to any part of the Socialplace platform, including community membership or high-ticket programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below. All payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms of service, privacy policy, and any applicable payment processing terms. We do not offer any free trials or grace periods under any circumstances.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, services, and access-based community, we do not offer any refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Community memberships (monthly or annual)

  • One-time digital product purchases

  • Coaching programmes or high-ticket plans

  • Financed payment options or payment plans

Please ensure that you are fully committed before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation and Access

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to the community will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Access will be removed as soon as reasonably possible after that date.

If you are on a financed payment plan (e.g. paying a fixed total across several monthly instalments), cancelling your membership does not cancel your payment obligations. You are still legally required to fulfil the full amount due under your original agreement, regardless of whether you continue to access the community or not.

Cancelling a subscription early does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund for any remaining term or unused time.

3. Non-Compliance and Access Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to any part of the community at any time, without notice or refund, if you violate our Terms of Service or attempt to bypass payment obligations through unauthorised chargebacks, shared logins, or account misuse.

If you fail to complete a payment or if a charge is reversed, your access will be removed immediately, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance.

4. Payment Plan Obligations

By opting into any payment plan or monthly financing arrangement, you agree to:

  • Complete all scheduled payments in full and on time

  • Not cancel or withhold future payments for any reason

  • Accept that access to the community may be revoked for non-payment, but your financial obligation remains

Failure to fulfil your payment plan does not absolve you from the outstanding amount.

5. Legal Enforcement and Recovery

We reserve the right to pursue formal legal action to recover any outstanding amounts resulting from non-payment, unauthorised cancellation of a payment plan, or chargebacks made in violation of this policy.

In the event of a breach, we may also:

  • Involve third-party debt collection services

  • Seek recovery of legal and administrative costs

  • Pursue compensation through applicable courts in the United Kingdom

All matters relating to enforcement will be governed by UK law and processed through appropriate legal channels.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@ssor.social before completing your purchase.
